380,000 Pounds Of Canadian Bacon Recalled Due To Possible Listeria Contamination!

380,000 pounds Canadian bacon are recalling by a Canadian company that may be contaminated with listeria.

No illnesses have been reported. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention classifies listeriosis as a serious infection that primarily affects older adults, pregnant women, newborns and adults with weakened immune systems.

The U.S. Agriculture Department says that, The recalled products have production dates before Aug. 2010. And the containers have “EST No. 169A” & “Product of Canada.” It was sold under the names Napoli, Stefano, Bellissimo, Olymel or Assoluti cooked diced bacon.
