AT&T Inc is expected to soon present a proposed solution to U.S. antitrust regulators to salvage its planned $39 billion acquisition of smaller rival T-Mobile USA, according to people close to the matter. AT&T is prepared to make concessions to address concerns that the T-Mobile deal is anti-competitive and could cause wireless prices to rise.

New York Government(AP) 'Andrew Cuomo' has signed New York's gay marriage bill, starting what is expected to be a crush of gay weddings beginning in thirty days.The Democratic governor of New York, signed the measure shortly before midnight Friday, following up on a promise to put his name on the legislation. As soon as possible he received it rather than wait the usual from a week to ten day's to sign it for it to become law.
By the New York lawmakers narrowly voted to legalize same-sex marriage, handing activists a breakthrough victory in the state where the U.S. gay rights movement was born.
In this year New York will become the sixth state where gay couples can wed and the biggest by far.
